Political Contributions

Under federal and Wyoming state campaign finance regulations, political contributions to the Howie Fitzpatrick for Sheridan County Sheriff campaign are considered absolute gifts for the purpose of political advocacy. Consequently, all campaign donations are strictly non-refundable.
 

By completing a financial contribution on this website, you acknowledge that you are using your own funds, that you are a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident, and that your donation is final.
 

Campaign Merchandise (If Applicable)

If the campaign sells physical promotional gear (e.g., T-shirts, hats, yard signs) directly via an online store front:

• Defective or Damaged Goods: If campaign merchandise arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at [Campaign Email Address] within 14 days of receipt to arrange a replacement or exchange.
   

• Sizing & Preferences: Because campaign merchandise sales function as a form of grassroots fundraising, we cannot accept standard returns or issue refunds for changes of mind or incorrect sizing.
